NTUC First Campus x Family and School Together (FAST) Event

Ideated and executed a family day event initiative with the team, funded by the charity arm of NTUC First Campus for selected students of NTUC First Campus centres across the country over a four-session run in both 2023 and 2024. Students and their families get to spend a fun day out together and experience a specially curated educational programme line-up.

Each run saw a turnout of more than 400 pax in each session which required detailed planning of the event schedule and logistics to ensure a smooth run with minimal overlaps and run. The 2023 run was held at the Singapore Discovery Centre, and 2024’s Science Centre Singapore.

Role: Event Coordinator, Planning of Event Schedule & Logistics, Designed and conceptualised the educational activity booklets for the event
